Process QA - Analyst
B. DESCRIPTION (Refer to Consultec Procedure P221.1 for Base Position
Description)
Major Position Responsibilities:
=B7 Responsible for the development and execution of process and work
product quality reviews
=B7 Publishes findings in the quality review re****t
=B7 Collects metrics based on findings in quality review re****t
=B7 Develops corrective action plans (CAP) or preventative action plans
(PAP) based on quality review findings
=B7 Develops training materials to sup****t CAP/PAP
=B7 Executes training exercises to sup****t CAP/PAP
=B7 Monitors implementation of CAP/PAP
=B7 Provides weekly status re****ts on progress against CAP/PAP
=B7 Executes process improvement initiatives employing process
improvement methodologies and best practices
=B7 May also provide sup****t to complete quality reviews of deliverables
prior to submission to the client
=B7 Sup****ts the development and ongoing maturity of the ACS Solutions
Center =91Solutions Development and Delivery Methodology (SDDM)=92.
=B7 Conducting process reviews to identify process improvement
op****tunities within the Solutions Center.
=B7 Executing process improvement initiatives within the Solutions
Center.
=B7 Sup****ts the development of a culture of quality
=B7 Ability to work as required to complete assignments per schedule
=B7 Other duties as assigned
C. QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge and Skills Required to do Job;
Experience; Travel)
REQUIRED (minimum):
=B7 Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field
=B7 3-5 years experience working to implement large-scale, complex,
multi-platform projects
=B7 Excellent communication skills
=B7 Excellent organization skills
=B7 Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changes in the work
environment
=B7 Demonstrated proficiency in adapting/tailoring best practices/
processes to business needs
=B7 Self starter and self driven- ability to work independently
PREFERRED:
=B7 3-5 years experience as a quality professional
=B7 Experience or knowledge of formal quality approaches such as Malcolm
Baldrige National Quality Award, ISO9000 Series, Total Quality
Management, Six Sigma, Lean Kaizen
=B7 Training/mentoring/management experience
=B7 Knowledge of CMMI, IEEE, PMBOK Standards and best practices
=B7 Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency using various SDLC
methodologies (RUP/AGILE/Waterfall/Extreme Programming)
=B7 American Society for Quality certifications
