Real Estate Accountant, Atlanta, GA to $45K
Prominent commercial real estate company currently located in Buckhead
but moving to Midtown in 2009 is seeking a Real Estate / Property
Accountant to join their staff. Qualified candidate will possess a 4-
year accounting degree coupled with 12 to 24 months of property
accounting experience. This Company known for being very employee- and
family-oriented offers a salary to $45K (depending on skills &
experience) with a 15% cash bonus target (bonuses are calculated on a
calendar year basis, therefore, bonus for 2008 will be prorated).
Additionally, a very comprehensive benefits package is offered and
