POSITION TITLE: Lead Consultant
Type: full time, permanent
Salary: up to $110K
RE****TS TO: Implementation Services Team Leader
WORK LOCATION: Downtown Toronto
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

POSITION SUMMARY:

To implement and sup****t the client's solution by utilizing
Implementation methodologies, ensuring that their clients experience
World Class Service resulting in the highest Quality solutions being
delivered On Time and On Budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

=B7	Implement the client's solution using Implementation Methodology
and their SAP-based product.
=B7	Perform blueprinting workshops to gather information on the
client's requirements.
=B7	Design and do***ent the client's solution including their
business requirements and any program specifications required according
to do***entation guidelines.
=B7	Liaise with clients throughout the data cleansing, mapping and
conversion phase and provide any assistance required including
performing data loads and reconciliation
=B7	Provide end user training including creating training manuals,
preparing training systems and conducting training sessions
=B7	Generate test scripts to enable ASP clients to adequately test the
solution.
=B7	Sup****t clients through the User Acceptance, Parallel Testing and
Go-Live phases.
=B7	Accountable for achieving estimated days as per fixed price
strategy.
=B7	Possess the highest level of HR and payroll knowledge and the
necessary competencies to deliver the maximum value to their clients.
=B7	Maintain up to date knowledge of the SAP Products, of SAP related
news and any developments to the product and its competitors
=B7	Maintain up to date knowledge of the implementation templates and
ensure that the templates are adhered to.
=B7	Design, do***ent, quote, implement, test and train any post live
change requests (scope changes).
=B7	Provide relevant training and knowledge sharing op****tunities for
members of the Implementation Team
=B7	Demonstrate and apply knowledge of key implementation strategies
such as the SAP ASAP methodology.
=B7	Knowledge of sup****t methodologies including usage of an Issue
tracking system.
=B7	Keep clients blueprints, configuration worksheets, client specific
configuration do***entation and training material up to date.
=B7	Provide pre-sales sup****t including analyzing and providing answer
for tender do***entation, performing demonstrations and attending any
workshops where specialist knowledge of payroll is required.
=B7	Perform Quality Assurance reviews on blueprints and configuration
of the client's system.



REQUIREMENTS:

=B7	Professional
=B7	Demonstrate knowledge and application of key methodologies
=B7	Excellent written and verbal communication skills
=B7	Client focused
=B7	Ability to prioritize tasks and time management skills
=B7	Teamwork, work collaboratively with others to achieve group goals,
Business Analysis skills.
=B7	Strong knowledge of SAP in HR/ Payroll configuration and design
including schemas, enterprise and personnel structures, wage types,
work schedules etc.
=B7	Knowledge of accounting standards specifically design and
implementation of posting to accounting from payroll.
=B7	Consulting skills, understand business requirements and mapping to
ensure consistency to client's template, while minimizing risk to
their clients.
=B7	Analytical thinking/problem solving skills
=B7	Ability to use tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
Project and Visio to effectively update and maintain do***entation/
training/ demonstrations
=B7	Appropriate tertiary level education or equivalent industry
experience
=B7	3- 5 years experienced in Payroll/HR Industry
=B7	Configuration skills for SAP HR/ Payroll or training and
do***entation skills for Payroll/HR
=B7	Certified SAP HR/ Payroll Consultant
=B7	At least 2 full life cycle implementations.
