are looking for the part time services of an innovative draftsperson who
is
prepared to put in the hard yards required to assist us to expand and
improve the value of the holdings within our property ****tfolio.
The person we are looking fore would not necessarily be a professional but
have had some construction experience in the building industry and have
hand
Drafting and/or CAD ability.
Located in or within a reasonable travel distance of Brisbane.
The amount of participation required would be initially limited but would
increase relative to the amount of renovation of currently held and newly
purchased properties and where required construction of new buildings.
