Key responsibilities:
Clearly and accurately do***ent the channel=A7 and Contract
Administration Group business process changes and flows and create
quality business requirements (and justifications) to sup****t the new
AML & Sanctions policy
Clearly and accurately do***ent the systems changes to=A7 the AIS
application, working with Subject Matter Experts to understand and
produce business requirement do***ents including context diagrams, use
case descriptions, logical data models, etc.
Do***ent the prioritization of=A7 business requests
Translate the business requirements into functional=A7 specifications,
capture user interactions, user interface specifications (i.e. screens
and windows), outputs (i.e. re****ts and forms), interfaces and general
systems requirements; assisted by the IT Lead where appropriate
Assist IT=A7 Lead and Test Lead in understanding business requirements
and functional specifications
Work with the Test Lead to create test conditions based on=A7 test
cases and functional specifications
Review all test cases for=A7 accuracy
Produce an implementation path for migrating to the new process=A7
Produce a user acceptance test plan for the AIS changes and work with
the=A7 Test Lead to create test conditions based on test cases and
functional specifications
Update relevant help guides and user do***entation=A7
=A7 Sup****t the business with executing the test plan, ensure all high
priority issues are successfully resolved
Review all test cases for accuracy=A7
=A7 Provide functional expertise and interface to the business during
testing phases
Validate that UAT results conform to the business requirements=A7
=A7 Escalate potential cross-departmental issues to the Project Manager
=A7 Analyze business problems to design and do***ent solutions up front
=A7 Deliver promised solutions on time, on budget and on scope
Maintain=A7 flexibility in approach and solutions

Knowledge/ Experience Required: Essential =95 Background of business
analysis with demonstrated experience across both systems and process

requirements and process mappings =95 Experience preparing gap analysis,
including review of system functionality and interviewing stakeholders
