Working Title: System Analyst
I. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Resource is required to work with Integrated Eligibility (IE) vendors
and HHSC maintained systems on the following job functions:
A. Performs IE Application Performance analysis using Performance
Diagnostic tools, analysis of IE/TIERS(Texas Integrated Eligibility Re-
Design System) performance data from the performance diagnostic tools,
analysis of IE/TIERS Load and Stress Test Data, analysis of TIERS
application performance Monitoring Data collected by TIERS framework,
monitor and analyze IE/TIERS performance and scalability re****ts and
data and identify/escalate risks, make specific code, configuration
and other recommendations for tuning the performance of the
applications and systems.
B. Load and Stress Test sup****t analysis. Create and/or analyze load
and stress scripts, interact with development and maintenance teams to
implement recommendations.
C. Assist in capacity planning for the end to end solution.
D. Other duties as assigned.

III. TERM OF SERVICE
Services are expected to start approximately May 7, 2007, or sooner,
through August 31, 2007. Total estimated Worker hours per worker
shall not exceed 640 hours per Worker. This service may be amended,
renewed and/or extended providing both parties agree in writing to do
so.
