Our team is looking for an experienced Application Engineer to further
streamline and automate our build, deployment and environment
configuration processes. Our App Engineer will analyze and initiate
configurations and other changes within the system, while formulating
logic for new systems, devising streamlined procedures, preparing
flowcharting, performing coding of scripts or tools, and testing/debugging
these - with an eventual roll-out to environments and users. The ideal
candidate will have a degree in Information Technology or equivalent
experience, the ability to write basic scripts to automate common tasks,
an in-depth knowledge of Windows Server 2000/2003 and Microsoft Internet
Information Server, and a basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL, Windows
networking, VMWare configurations and Windows Active Directory.
Additionally, our Engineer will participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to
respond and resolve application issues to ensure ASP application is
online.

Requirements:
* Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
* Must have demonstrated previous successful experience in application
programming and troubleshooting
* Must have in-depth knowledge and experience with Windows Server
2000/2003
* Must have in-depth working knowledge and experience with Microsoft
Internet Information Server.
* Must have experience writing basic scripts to automate common
administrative and deployment tasks.
* Must have basic working knowledge of Microsoft SQL server and know how
to run basic queries.
* Participate in 7/24 on-call rotation to respond and resolve application
issues to ensure ASP application is online.
* Must be willing to part of regular on-call rotation for production
monitoring and resolution of issues.
* Windows networking and architecture, knowledge of VMWare configurations;
knowledge of Lab Manager setup and administration are preferred.
* Knowledge of Windows Active Directory 2000/2003 is preferred.
* Some travel may be required depending on business needs.
