Our team is looking for an experienced Software Test Engineer to utilize
his or her top-notch software analysis, design, programming and testing
skills to engage in a QA role with a focus on automation. If you love

development lifecycle; play a role in short- and long-term automation

design/implement high quality, robust features, scripts, and harnesses in
C#, Ruby, among other tasks. To be successful, we're looking for a
bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering or
mathematics, or equivalent experience, 2-3 years development and/or test
experience in commercial software products and experience with one or more
products through all phases of the software development life cycle.

Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering or
mathematics, or equivalent experience.
* 2-3 years development and/or test experience in commercial software
products.
* Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience
with one or more products through all phases of the software development
life cycle.
* Good software design and analysis skills.
* Proven ability to solve diverse and complex problems, with superior
analytical, troubleshooting and debugging skills. Thorough attention to
detail.
* Strong understanding of QA and test methodologies and processes,
emphasizing test automation and tools.
* Strong team-orientation, with excellent interpersonal, verbal and
written communication skills.
* Ability to quickly learn a large body of existing code.
* Highly motivated, and a self-starter, with the ability to work
efficiently with minimal supervision.
* Strong experience with at least one of the major languages: C#
(preferred), Java.
Strong candidates will also have one or more of the following:
* Strong experience with XML (and related technologies), and HTML and
ASP.NET.
* Strong experience with C# language.
* 2+ years of testing and automation experience.
* Experience with Load and Performance testing of enterprise applications
* Experience with xUnit frameworks.
* Experience with Agile development methodologies, with Scrum a big plus.
* Experience in testing large scale enterprise products.
* Experience with UI test tools (WatiN, Watir, WebAii , QuickTestPro)
* Experience with working in distributed teams.
* Experience in security testing.
* Knowledge and experience with Internet Technologies, application
delivery, and protocols.
