Title: Embedded Software Developer
Term: 12+ months contract
Location: Bradenton, FL
Requirements:
1) BS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
2) 5+ years experience in embedded software development
3) Experience with some embedded kernel like VxWorks, PSOS, VRTX, etc
4) Cross development on a Unix platform
5) Knowledge of networking, in particular LAN switching would be great
6) Device driver development of some kind
Nice to have:
1) Experience with programming custom ASICs
2) Any experience with Cisco equipment, including setting up networks.
Responsibilities:
Basically sustaining. Fix bugs and implement small features on the
Catalyst 6500 line cards.
