Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst.
The Business Analyst works as a core member of the team determining
customer requirements and
leading the team to provide customer solutions.
This position applies a systematic, disciplined, quantifiable approach to
the design, development, implementation,
operation and maintenance of software through requirements management.
The Senior BA leads the team in synthesizing company, customer, and market
requirements to sup****t the
evolution of the companys products and services.
The BA provides guidance to the team throughout the project life cycle.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-
Provide leader****p to business and technology team members to ensure
seamless integration of business
requirements with system functionality - Demonstrate competence with
System Development Life Cycle
(SDLC), requirements management and other associated methodologies
Anticipate, elicit, analyze, understand, validate, coordinate, do***ent
and manage business requirements
associated with formalized project life cycle across product releases or
projects- Lead groups in analyzing,
designing and implementing solutions to business requirements
Sup****t the implementation of large scale business systems and processes-
Do***ent, analyze
and interpret complex policies and processes- Conduct independent research
and synthesize findings-
Supervise BA activities as required- Lead requirements workshops with
project stakeholders-
Arrange project requirements in appropriate sequence by analyzing
requirements, preparing a workflow chart
Perform gap analyses and analyze results
Oversee creation and/or create project-specific Requirements Work plan and
update as required
Perform cost/benefit analyses (ROI)- Assume additional responsibilities as
required
