try to get profiles for a senior testing (QA) WITH ATLEAST 3+
EXP resource with the following skills:
1.Testing experience on J2EE-based web applications
(internet/intranet).
2.Creation of test plans (covering
3.Functionality/Usability/Reliability/Performance/Scalability).
4.Creation of test data.
5.Create SQL queries to insert/update/delete data in table and query
them based on requirements. Writing SQL Queries is especially
im****tant for testing batch programs that do not have a GUI interface.
Most of these SQL Queries require Advanced SQL query skills.
6.Able to grasp functional requirements quickly and should be able to
ask the right questions to the development team leads to elicit
necessary information.
7.Should understand UML - Use Cases and Activity Diagrams.
8.Desirable to have knowledge of creating JUnit test cases.
9.Desirable to have exposure to build the application from version
control systems.
10.Should synchronize well with the development team and be proactive
in his approach.
11.Should be able to align his output to planned delivery schedules to
ensure project slippages do not occur.
12.Good communication skills - oral and written.
13.Timely review and re****ting of status.
14.Should be able to build a team of test engineers.
