SOFTWARE QA ENGINEER
RESPONSIBILITIES: - System chipset drivers testing to ensure
functionality and compatibility - Maintain and execute driver test
plans on a daily basis - Set up and maintain test system
infrastructures - Network device compatibility testing - Storage
device compatibility testing
MINIMUM REQUIRMENTS: - 2+ years of QA driver/System BIOS testing
experience a must - Good knowledge of PC Chipset and core logic
technologies a must - Good knowledge of all Windows operating systems
(XP/2K/9x) and/or Linux a must - Hands on experience with PC hardware/
software configuration and setup a must - Knowledge of ACPI
Specification strongly desired - Prior testing experience in
networking, storage, and/or USB strongly desired - Prior WHQL test
experience strongly desired - Good trouble shooting and analytical
skills a plus - Test automation experience a plu
