Qualifications
.. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
.. 5+ years Java development experience with J2EE
.. Experience with JSP, Servlet, Struts, Spring, JSF, EJB,
hibernate,
ant, JDBC, and complex UI design
.. Knowledge of HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, XML, Tomcat, WebSphere and
i18n
.. Experience with networking, Web Services, SOA, databases, .NET,
TCP/IP, SNMP, and SQL a plus
.. Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal and
communication skills
.. Full Software Lifecycle experience
.. Proven track record in leading small to medium sized teams
.. Self starter and be able to work independently with minimum
supervision
Primary Responsibilities
.. Architect, design and implement highly scalable and reliable web
applications using best-of-breed Java technologies
.. Analyze business requirements and participate in all phases of SW
development and maintenance utilizing state of the art engineering
technologies, methodologies, and processes
.. Consider and research emerging technologies to improve current
applications, architectures and processes
.. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other developers
.. Assist Marketing/Sales and Test organizations in product
demonstrations and QA
