Here are the requirements.
Candidate should have solid experience in the following areas:-
1) Hibernate - 2 yrs of solid developmental experience
Along with a basic understanding of Hibernate the candidate
should have had experience in
(a) Writing HQL queries,
(b) Understand how to use Hibernate selection criteria
(c) Understand the various hibernate fetching strategies
(d) Understand how to handle concurrency issues with
hibernate (i.e. know how to implement optimistic locking & pessimistic
locking strategies)
(e) Understand the hibernate event listener implementation
2) Spring - 2 years of solid developmental experience
Along with a basic understanding of the spring mechanism for
dependency injection and AOP the candidate should have experience in
(a) Using spring along with hibernate
(b) Transaction management mechanisms in spring
3) Multi threading and general concurrency issues in application
development
(a) Candidate should understand what a "race" condition or a
"starvation" condition is
Nice to haves:
1) Experience with implementing RESTful web services
2) experience with developing Rich Internet applications
(specifically with a tool called Open Lazlo)
