Position Title - Siebel Applications Developer
Location: Mountain View, CA --Prefer LOCALS & 8+ YRS EXPERIENCE
Essential Requirements of the Position
The Siebel Applications Developer will be responsible for the
analysis,design, engineering, and implementation of technical
solutions for the client's Siebel CRM and Siebel eService
applications. The candidate should have exceptional technical skills
in development and customization of Siebel applications and excellent
communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
Responsibilities
* Create technical designs from business requirements and
engineer and
develop technical solutions based on those designs.
* Customize and configure Siebel CRM and Siebel eService
application modules
* Develop and implement Siebel workflow processes
* Develop and sup****t Siebel EAI and EIM process
* Customize Siebel applications using eScript
* Participate in system-level tests responsible for comparing
actual results with expected results.
* Engineer, develop and sup****t outbound and inbound integrations
between Siebel, fusion middleware and other enterprise applications.
* Prepare technical do***entation as part of the client's SDLC
process
* Review test plans & test scripts.
Competencies
* Must posses strong technical skills in Siebel 7.x development
and customization
* Demonstrated track record in the implementation and sup****t of
Siebel applications
* Must have team leader****p ability
* Exposure to Siebel Sales, Call Center and Field Service
* Ability to work in a global cross-functional environment
partnering with internal customers to help sup****t and enhance
business systems
* Ability to plan and execute tasks in a structured manner
* Able to work, collaborate and contribute in a team environment
Experience
* Siebel developer using Siebel Enterprise application
Integration manager (EIM), Siebel Actuate server and Seibel workflow.
* Knowledge of SDLC processes and tools
* Must have experience preparing technical specifications,
detailed design do***ents and developing test cases
* Siebel 7.x certification would be a plus
Education
* Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
