Title: Tibco Project Manager
Contract Duration: 12 + months
Location: Weehawken, New Jersey
Minimum Requirements: Working knowledge of Tibco applications suite
and development process.
J2EE application development and process PM skills in standard PMI and
Agile Methods are a huge plus Prefer BA or BS in education
7 plus years in banking or brokerage and 7 years in PM experience.
Standards: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, UML, Visio and
formal PM training PMP certified preferred Strong Risk Management
skills as defined by standard PMI
Description: Recognize, diagnose and turn around a problem situation.
Create and manage change. Use effective team management to ensure
that the team embraces any change processed and operates efficiently.
Ability to matrix manage. Manage software development projects.
Adept at persuasion, delegation, problem solving and people
management.
Able to foster/maintain teamwork. Manage project expectations
(technical and management)
