Job Description:

As a Systems Specialist III (AMSEC 317812), the successful
candidate will provide technical communication to
management/other sites. Communicates with external resources for
planned site activities and implementation actions. Manages the
overall installation and maintenance of hardware and software on
a daily basis. Ensures overall system performance and system
availability at customer location. Troubleshoots LAN/WAN network
communications operations, hardware and application software.
Loads new software releases and maintenance updates. Tracks
trouble calls and processes performance re****ts and maintains
inventory system. Performs system security, system analysis,
integration and sup****t of new interfaces/products. May manage
the tasks, priorities, and objectives of the government staff.
May provide in-service training to customer site personnel.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent + 2 years of
experience OR at least 7 years related experience.
Required Skills:
This position requires comprehensive knowledge to resolve complex
problems and provide solutions. Ability to lead and train others.
Ability to communicate technical information in an understanding
manner. Has full technical knowledge of all phases of application
systems analyst. Has a good understanding of the business or
function for which applications are designed.
