is one of the Nations largest appliance repair providers. Sears (PRS)
currently employs over 13,000 skilled repair technicians that service
greater than 14 million customers each year. A critical component to the
overall quality of service provided to our customer is the ability to
dispatch (or route) a repair technician. The Routing Center is responsible
for dispatching approximately 2,000 service technicians and over 2.5
million service calls per year throughout the Northeast United States. The
Routing Center utilizes a state-of-the-art software program to maximize the
effectiveness of the route creation. We are currently seeking a Routing
Manager to manage all activities related to the routing of service orders
to ensure that customers receive service when requested and that the
routes are constructed in the most economical manner. Responsibilities
include: .Providing strong process oriented leader****p to routing staff.
.Assisting in establi****ng guidelines for handling emergency service,
exception coverage, over-time, technician under-utilization, customer
complaint resolution and managing continuous improvement activities.
.Scheduling associates to provide process sup****t and accessibility to
meet customer needs. .Participating in the payroll planning process.
.Verifying alignment in technician profiles to assure truck stock and
training match routable technician specialties. .Providing performance
reviews for all direct re****ts. To be considered for this position, you
must possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong organization and time
management skills, computer literacy, strong quantitative and analytical
skills, leader****p abilities, computer aided routing system (CARS)
knowledge, structured problem solving skills and the knowledge of team
work principles. Bachelors Degree required. We offer a competitive salary
