Education: Graduate of a Masters degree program in social work from a
school accredited by the Council on Social Work Education. Licensed as a

social work or related capacity. Medical/health setting preferred. Skills:
Verbal and written communication. Diagnostic and problem solving skills.
Physical Requirements: Visual acuity; manual dexterity and physical
mobility; hear and orally communicate. Light physical effort (lift/carry
up to 10 lbs.). Mostly sedentary work. Working Conditions: Exposure to
patients and infectious diseases. Attendance Requirement: Regular job
attendance is an essential job function.
