Job Description Clinical Dietitian Baltimore, MD Clinical Dietitians who
work for Morrison Management Specialists have access to the latest
evidence-based practice policies and protocols that enable them to provide
the best care to their patients. Because of our resources and your
experience as a Clinical Dietitian, you are valued as you go through your
day making a difference to the patients, hospital, and medical staff. We
are currently seeking a clinical dietitian to work with our inpatient
Nutrition Team at a 400 bed acute care hospital in Baltimore, MD.This
challenging position provides a wide variety of disease entities and will
allow you to grow no matter what your current skill level.
Recipe to Succeed: * Good communication skills both written and verbal *
Willing to be trained in pediatric medical nutrition therapy * Ability to
communicate on various levels to include management, patients, residents,
client, associate and departmental levels * Knowledge of computational
practices * Computer knowledge/skills to include; various computer
programs, Microsoft Office programs, e-mail and the Internet * Ability to
perform various motor skills such as; lifting, reaching, bending,
twisting, pu****ng, pulling, squatting, grasping and arm-hand coordination
on a continuous basis * Ability to get along well with others, to
demonstrate flexibility and patience, to work as a member of a team, and
to demonstrate a high level of sensitivity and interest in people *
Willingness to participate in patient satisfaction activities * Exhibit
courtesy, tact and reasonable speed in performance of duties
Necessary Ingredients: * Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the
Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR), registry eligible acceptable *
Minimum of one (1) year hospital experience, preferred * Experience in
oncology, preferred * ServSafe® certified desirable * Must be able to
