Time Location Baltimore, MD Description PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Leverages the time of our internationally focused investment professionals
by performing administrative duties related to the scope of the
professionals responsibilities. Proactively coordinates materials and
activities associated with meetings, appointments, and research.
Independently assists in and/or leads special and ad-hoc projects of
moderate complexity. Independently creates and maintains various re****ts
and databases using advanced technical skills and high level of business
unit/re****ting analytics knowledge. Fosters successful relation****ps
through direct interaction with peers and others both domestically and
internationally. Partners with management to build a collaborative working
environment while promoting leader****p, exercising good judgment and
professionalism. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES *Leverages the professionals
time by performing administrative duties related to the scope of the
professionals responsibilities. Schedules appointments, prepares
correspondence, coordinates catering requests, compiles agendas, screens
calls and visitors, coordinates travel arrangements (including
international travel) and processes expense re****ts. Responsible for
coordinating both internal and external meetings, maintaining calendars
and filing, and organization of other critical do***ents. *Manages
information flow. Proactively identifies and coordinates appropriate
materials for meetings, appointments and presentations. Brings to the
professionals attention only those matters for which they need to be
informed of and require immediate attention. *Compiles, creates and
maintains various re****ts, databases and charts using software
applications that may require an advanced level of knowledge-may be called
upon as a resident subject matter expert to provide guidance to others by
answering technical questions. *Independently assists in or leads special
and ad-hoc projects related to division and/or cor****ate activities. Some
projects may require the individual to take the lead role in managing a
process or they may be the only resource responsible for the execution of
the project. *Works collaboratively with supervisor and team leads to
ensure that seamless back-up sup****t is provided to the professionals both
domestically and abroad. Identifies op****tunities to improve and streamline
the quality and efficiency of work and aid management in the implementation
of organizational change. Be a role model and mentor to associates. May at
times be asked to act in a mentoring capacity to others, specifically to
new associates.

QUALIFICATIONS .High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years related work
experience, or college degree .Executive or senior level administrative
/project management experience in a business environment .Strong customer
service, interpersonal, leader****p skills .Self-directed and able to
perform assignments independently; demonstrates pro-active approach and is
flexible with change .Advanced knowledge of technical applications .Ability
to multitask and prioritize workload .Some college preferred .6 or more
years of experience in a fast-paced office environment preferred .Previous
