an Underwriting P&C Manager in Owing Mills, MD!

Major Duties and Functions Include: * Manages underwriting units. *
Manages staff of several underwriting units. * Monitors market results,
and provides guidance to meet and exceed business plan objectives. *
Monitors efficiencies and quality for territory, unit, or department. *
Makes recommendations for adjustments as needed to achieve results. *
Performs other related duties as assigned or required. * Full people
management responsibilities, including hiring, firing, promotions,
performance and compensation management, and training and development.
What You Need to Succeed:
* Bachelors degree. * 3 - 5 yrs. underwriting experience (specifically
P&C) * 3+ yrs. people management experience.
