family. The Associate Director, Network Quality Assurance will be
responsible for managing the team that is responsible for maintaining the
quality and integrity of advertisers and publishers for all of
Advertising.com. The NQA team monitors and enforces the quality standards
and policies established for Advertising.coms network and participates in
the development of new standards and policies as predicated by business
needs and prevailing law. In addition, the Associate Director, Network
Quality is responsible for managing an education and training program to
ensure that Publisher Services and Ad Sales are aware of network quality
standards, how approval processes work, how quality issues should be
handled with the Network Quality Assurance group and latest developments
and strategies that Publisher Services and Ad Sales can use to assist
Network Quality Assurance with maintaining quality standards across
Advertising.coms network. Essential Skills and Responsibilities: .Manage
and lead a team that provides sup****t across multiple entities, in
multiple locations, including globally. .Develop in depth understanding of
Advertising.coms third party advertising network - establish working
knowledge of the Advertising.com network; advertiser and publisher quality
standards, technologies, and processes and apply this knowledge to the
development of next generation network quality monitoring, re****ting and
investigatory capabilities .Analye network inventory, using both proactive
and reactive strategies, to ensure inventory where ads are being placed
complies with quality standards, including content and traffic standards
.Review publishers that have applied to join Advertising.coms network,
including web site content and other criteria .Review advertisers that
want to run campaigns on Advertising.coms network, including ad creatives,
campaign materials and other criteria .Manage existing network quality
monitoring strategies and tools, while looking for ways to improve such
strategies and tools .Develop new strategies, tools and processes to
improve quality monitoring and enforcement .Interact with Publisher
Services inventory purchasing group, providing guidance and education on
how to identify both quality and questionable inventory .Interact with Ad
Sales, Product Management and Delivery to ensure that advertising clients
are receiving optimal inventory quality, based on client needs .React
promptly to any quality issues, including investigation of, and re****ting
on, such issues, as well as providing assistance in the development of
appropriate oral and written responses .Manage continuing education
efforts of Publisher Services and Ad Sales groups on network quality
standards, processes and tools .Interface with internal clients to illicit
feedback and monitor satisfaction. .Perform other job-related activities
and duties as requested Skills: .Strong leader****p and management skills
.Exceptional knowledge of PC applications and Internet, with emphasis on
HTML and various web browsers .Ability to balance business issues as well
