Description Key Role: Facilitate seamless computer network defense (CND)
information sharing by developing data exchange standards that sup****t
network-centric publication, re****ting, and Command and Control (C2) of
CND activities, events, and resources connected to the Global Information
Grid (GIG). Sup****t the development of data exchange standards, including
identifying CND data types and metadata required for the near- and
long-term To-Be DoD CND Architectures and promote the use, development,
and improvement of common data exchange standards.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications: (Required) -3+ years of experience
with data modeling -3+ years of experience with Intrusion Detection
Message Exchange Format, Incident Object Description and Exchange Format,
Common Event Format -3+ years of experience with data transmission
standards, including XML -3+ years of experience with asset and
vulnerability management, including Joint CERT Database -3+ years of
experience with Open Vulnerability *****sment Language, Common
Vulnerabilities and Exposures, UML Diagramming, Intrusion Detection
Systems, and Data Exchange on the network -3+ years of experience with
Computer Network Defense -TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required -BA
or BS degree Additional Qualifications: (Preferred) -Experience with
DISA’s Enterprise Sensor Grid strategy -Knowledge of system
engineering processes and the DoD Architecture Framework -Knowledge of
NIPRNet and SIPRNET topologies deployment preferred -Knowledge of database
functionality -Ability to Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to
a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for
access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is
