posted 03/24/2008 FORT MEADE, MD Requirements: The following skills and
experience are needed to fill requirements at the NTA client for a
mid-level SIGINT Research and Target Development (SRTD) analyst. The
analyst will provide sup****t with a focus on SIGINT analysis techniques
which may include but are not limited to contact chaining, digital network
intelligence analysis, target technology and systems analysis, military
analysis, and social network analysis. The analyst will be responsible to
devise and contribute to SIGINT analytic and collection strategies to
pursue pertinent modes of communication and/or technologies. Knowledge of
NTA client office organizations is preferred along with MD5, SHA-1,
scripting, or text manipulation techniques (Perl, Awk, Sed, etc.) Network
Visualization and Geographic Information tool experience (NetViz, Analyst
Notebook, CMAP, ARCGIS, etc.) is a plus along with collection experience.
Work activities are conducted without direct supervision and performed
under general guidelines using proprietary tools and intellectual
processes. Requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent, and seven to nine
years experience in a related field.
