financial goals. Job Summary: Evaluates employee development and learning
issues per desired performance or behaviors for Consumer Banking
Determines and maintains training requirements of Consumer Banking
employees Evaluates Consumer Banking training programs for effectiveness
and partners with the University of Provident to modify training to meet
new business needs Analyzes trends between Consumer Banking training
events and performance to measure training impact Works with other areas
of Consumer Banking to identify employee development needs and delivering
learning solutions Serves as a liaison between Consumer Banking and the
University of Provident Manages projects for new training related
initiatives
Requirements Education(ED), Experience(EX), and Knowledge/Abilities (K/A),
required for competent performance in the job:
(ED) High School Diploma. College degree preferred.
(EX) Three years branch banking experience. One year related experience in
training needs *****sment, program design, delivery and evaluation
(K/A) Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
(K/A) Effective interpersonal skills to relate to all level of internal
and external customers
(K/A) Strong knowledge and understanding of all bank-related systems,
procedures and applications as it relates to branch banking
(K/A) Strong group facilitation skills
(K/A) Strong situational analysis skills
(K/A) Effective project management skills
(K/A) Ability to work with minimal supervision
(K/A) Strong organizational skills
(K/A) Strong verbal and written communication skills
(K/A) Ability to design programs for various skill and knowledge areas
