Product Analysis and Test Engineer
This position is for an engineer to perform detailed analysis of
microelectronic products to characterize electrical, mechanical, and
reliability features. The position also entails sup****ting functional
electrical testing of products, as well as failure analysis.
Required education is BS in electrical engineering, electronics,
physics, or microelectronics. Required skills include in-depth
electronic and electrical knowledge including theory of circuit
components, including memory components and optical systems such as
mobile imaging modules. Practical experience with soldering/de-
soldering is also required. Experience with sample preparation
techniques such as cross-sectioning and grinding/poli****ng is highly
desirable.
Good computer skills including use of MS Powerpoint, MS Excel, and MS
Word are required. Good communication skills and numerical skills are
also necessary for this position. The successful candidate will also
be familiar with Quality methods including FMEA, statistical testing,
and cause-and-effect analysis. He/she will have at least 5 years
experience in similar work.
The engineer will re****t to the Senior Manager, Reliability and
Analysis.
