Scope of work/responsibilities:
We are seeking a consultant with expertise with BO's Data Federator
product
to join our client's Data Warehouse/Decision Sup****t Team. You will show
our
client how best to implement the Data Federator Architecture to leverage
their current Data Warehouse infrastructure and available data sources to
provide a unified view and real-time access to address re****ting and EIM
needs. This will include the design and development of virtual tables
using
Data Federator as well as participation in design walkthroughs, test, and
sup****t of data federation solutions. You will also proactively meet with
project teams and end-users to determine client re****ting needs.
Required skills/qualifications:
To be considered, candidate must have 2+ years of experience designing,
developing and implementing complex data federation solutions and have
exposure to using virtual tables in universe development and performance
tuning. Individual will have experience working in data warehouse
projects/environments, knowledge of RDMS (i.e. MS SQL Server, Oracle, DB2,
etc.), and possess excellent data analysis, communication and
client-facing
skills. Knowledge of BO XI full toolset would be ideal.
