We are seeking a Marketing/Sales Channel Interface - Japanese Market
Specialization, for our Vancouver based client.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Key business marketing interface, dealing with channel partners and
customers, assisting business penetration specifically in Japan, for
microelectronic product lines.
- Coordinate product review/refinement between internal design teams and
customers
- Forecasting, pricing, customer value ad programs, etc
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS or better in EE
- 5+ years in marketing, channel sales or supply chain management of
semiconductor or microelectronic components
- MUST HAVE solid experience working specifically with customers in Japan,
with a keen understanding and appreciation of cultural differences doing
business in the Japanese market.
- Experience working with/developing business contracts
- Strong communication, presentation, organizational and interpersonal
skills
- Solid negotiation skills
- Good technical aptitude
- Some international travel from time to time(roughly 15-20%) to Japan
DESIRABLE:
- Ability to speak Japanese
- Sales/sales channel experience
