We have a current/ongoing requirement for a Level 1 Help Desk sup****t
for our Government client located downtown Ottawa. This is a great way
to get Government experience and there is op****tunity for advancement!
Contract: 4 months+
Language: Bilingual (Mandatory)

Skills to be evaluated:
Minimum of 1 year experience providing Helpdesk sup****t; Experience
sup****ting Windows 98, 2000, NT environments; Experience with remote
diagnostic tools; Experience sup****ting WordPerfect, Lotus Smartsuite,
Norton Ghost, Winzip, Quick View Plus, Adobe Acrobat Viewer, Microsoft
Office Suite, Microsoft Outlook, Internet Explorer; Working in a GoC
environment with a minimum of 500 users;
There are 2 ****fts that run on a rotational basis: day ****ft and
afternoon ****ft (12:00pm-8:00pm).
