Position: Infrastructure Project Manager
Location: San Francisco CA
Duration: 6 months C-H
In person interview after 2st telephonic interview
Ideal candidate should have infrastructure project management
experience in data migrations, oracle 10G conversations, data center
build-outs and/or software conversions.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor=92s degree in a technical discipline or other area with
equivalent technical work experience.
7+ years proven experience building and leading projects with cross-
functional, matrixed staff (including vendors) with high integration
across multiple lines of business and technical discipline.
Prior experience in infrastructure projects (data mitigations, data
center build-outs, application infrastructure) is must
PMI Certification a plus!
Skills and Abilities Needed:
Strong facilitation skills
Strong working knowledge of hardware infrastructure
Demonstrated project management fundamentals
Good written and verbal communication skills
Solid understanding of web technology, software development lifecycle
(Agile Processes is a plus) browsers, user interface issues and
quality assurance.
General appreciation for software architecture and software
development concepts.
Ability to think =93outside the box=94 and contribute to the improvement
of internal processes.
Strong MS Project aptitude
Ability to work in fast pace changing environment
Highly organized and detail oriented
Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated ability with affecting change
Must be hard working, highly motivated and a self-starter.
