Senior RFIC Designer - Multimedia Receiver
I key im****tance role with a well-funded start-up bringing to the market
revolutionary broadcast receiver technology
Requirements:
- BSEE (preferably MS, PhD)
- 5+ years experience in CMOS and/or Bipolar design of low power radio IC
design
- Proficient with Spectre RF, hspice, SPICE, and other circuit design
tools
- Ability to perform and drive physical circuit layout
In depth knowledge in at lease some of the following areas:
- High performance broadband VCOs, FRAC-N, PLLs, LO generation schemes.
- Broadband RF front-ends (low noise amplifiers, mixers, RF filters,etc.)
MHz–GHz range
- Analog baseband circuits (continuous-time filters, variable-gain
amplifiers, bandgap
bias, RSSI, etc.)
