RF Product Engineer - Design for Manufacturability - 3 Positions
Location: The Bay Area
Relocation - YES
Responsibilities:
- Sup****t new product development with our client's R&D GaAs, MMIC ad RF
FED design groups.
- Work with the Research and development to ensure products under
development reach their manufacturing yield targets as well as cost and
performance goals.
Requirements
- BSEE or better
- 5+ years experience in the RF/Microwave Semiconductor or system Industry
(Focus on Design for Manufacturability)
- Knowledge of Back end processes (Assembly and Test)
- Experience transferring RF/Microwave MMIC based products into high
volume
manufacturing.
- Strong team leader****p and program management experience
- Experience must be with RF analog and not digital
Desirables:
- Knowledge of RF/uWave/mmWave test, wafer and package level product
characterization, statistical yield analysis and quality systems
