Sr. Product Engineer - HDTV / Credence / HP
Location - Sunnyvale
Responsibilities:
- Sup****t a new HDTV IC product in the advanced stages of design.
- Be involved with the project team addressing draft for test, debug
issues, and package and test strategies.
- Responsible for all aspects of the product ramp into manufacturing.
- Work with the test development team to help transfer new products to
production, and provide a smooth high vol production by directing
interaction with offshore foundries and test houses.
Requirements:
- BSEE or better
- 5+ years experience as a Product /Test Engineer in the Semi-
Manufacturing environment. (experience in the area of semiconductor
fabrication, IC design or test preferred)
- Knowledge of both/either Credence (Preferred) and HP family of testers.
- Good understanding and experience in using and modifying test programs
for complex logic ICs
- Knowledge of ATE equipment and fixturing issues
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to travel across the Pacific Rim (2-4 times a year)
