We are seeking a SR MMIC Designer, with some CMOS experience, for our
Santa Clara based client
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design MMICs and systems for an integrated wireless transceiver
- Simulations, layout, DRC, LVS, parasitic extraction, test and
characterization
QUALIFICATIONS:
- *Only local candidates currently residing in the Bay area will be
considered
- MS or better in EE
- 5+ years of transistor level MMIC design experience, coupled with some
experience
using CMOS
- Experienced with circuit simulation tools such as SpectreRF, ADS, HSPICE
- Strong experience with 2.5-D planar or 3-D full-wave EM simulation tools
such as Momentum, Sonnet, IE3D, HFSS, XFDTD
- Familiarity with Cadence custom layout tools
- Experienced with microwave measurement techniques and equipment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
DESIRABLE:
- PhD in EE
