We are seeking a SR RFIC Designer with PLL Expertise for our Santa Clara
based client
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design RF circuits (such as PLLs,etc) for an integrated transceiver.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- *Only local candidates currently residing in the Bay area will be
considered
- MS or better in EE
- 5+ years of RFIC/Analog IC design experience in transistor-level
high-frequency integrated circuit design
- Strong expertise designing PLLs
- Experience designing other related circuits such as LNAs, PA, Mixers,
Filters, DLLs, frequency synthesizers,etx
- 2+ years CMOS experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
DESIRABLE:
- PhD in EE
