We are seeking a Director of Sales - Analog ICs/Analog IP, for our Bay
area client

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive and develop account sales of analog IC IP in North America and
Pacific Rim markets
- Coordinate worldwide sales strategies, accounts, as well as manage some
globally dispersed sales associates
- Develop sales plans, materials, attend trade shows, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- *Only local candidates currently residing in the Bay area will be
considered
- BS or better in EE
- 10+ yrs of industry experience (5+ of which in a sales role),
specifically in
semiconductor industry analog IC sales
- Previous Intellectual Property (IP) Sales, licensing experience
- Previous international sales experience (ASIA), with knowledge and
experience to sell effectively in different cultures
- High initiative, results oriented and a strong technical aptitude
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel up to 50%, internationally, primarily to ASIA
DESIRABLE/ASSETS:
- MBA
- Ability to communicate in other languages beyond English, such as
Mandarin, Japanese or Korean
