Position: Lead Quality and Reliability Engineer-III-V, optics or laser exp
Relocation - YES
Location - The Bay Area
**Travel Required 25%** INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL
Responsibilities:
- Technical lead for Quality and Reliability engineering for fiber optic
products.
- In correspondence with industry test standards, you will design
reliability tests to ensure that the product meets the customer's
expectations.
- Represent Our Clients worldwide Quality and Reliability in the United
States by
providing direct customer sup****t on new product introduction and released
products.
- Work on III-V device reliability *****sment and qualification.
- Work in a multi-national US/Singa****e team environment
Requirements:
- MS in EE/ME/MS or better
- 5+ years experience in a similar position
- Experience with failure mechanisms and reliability in semiconductor
industry
- Understanding of basic engineering theories and principles.
- Understanding of statistical analysis and design of experiments
techniques.
- Excellent communication skills - Written and Verbal
- High level of initiative and demonstrated ability to lead a small
technical team.
Desirables:
- PhD in EE/ME/MS
- 10+ years engineering experience in semiconductor industry
- 5+ years III-V or fiber optic product experience
- Understanding of semiconductor reliability physics, with an emphasis on
reliability of
III-V devices
- Proficient in applying quality/reliability engineering concepts,
methodologies, skills and
techniques.
- Knowledge of III-V devices, semiconductor material and products
