Position: RF Filter Design Engineer - FBAR / BAW / SAW
Relocation - YES
Location - The Bay Area
Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative filters, Duplexers and multi-function modules for all
handset standards such as GSM, CDMA, and W-CDMA using our clients' new FBAR
process
- Responsible for design and characterization of the filters, topology
selection, materials used, overall specification optimization, and product
transfer to manufacturing.
Requirements:
- MSEE - emphasis on RF/Microwaves
- 5+ years experience with RF filter design and related fields
- Working knowledge of Semiconductor Technologies used for RF filters
- Experience using simulation tools such as Agilent's ADS and Momentum
- Knowledge of active RF circuit design, microwave simulation and layout
tools
- Experience working in a fast pace environment as part of a team as well
as demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Excellent Communication skills
Desired Requirements:
* Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or Physics with an emphasis on
RF/Microwaves
* At least Seven years of RF filter Design Experience
* Experience with Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) filter design
