government contract.
Service Requirements - Responsibilities:
.. Provide Remedy system sup****t for Action Request System (ARS) version
7,
ITSM modules 5.6 with an Oracle 9i database as required for minor
enhancements;
.. Build modules and/or interfaces to existing modules related to the
'management of the software development lifecycle';
.. Provide Remedy system expertise for the architecture and performance
tuning and for the future system enhancements and functions;
.. Provide sup****t and expertise for the upgrade path of Remedy
architecture
to Oracle 10g;
.. Provide system and end-user do***entation as required.
Service Requirements - Qualifications:
.. ITIL Foundations certification;
.. Experience in cor****ate Remedy systems deployment, customization and
configuration;
.. Experience in Crystal Re****ts;
.. Experience in the development of Remedy customized modules and
customized
interfaces to:
.. SAP;
.. GroupWise 7;
.. LDAP - specifically Novell eDirectory integration;
.. Experience in ITSM modules 6;
.. Experience in web technologies such as IIS, Tomcat, Resin;
.. Experience in Kinetic Products such as Kinetic Survey and Kinetic
Calendar;
.. Experience developing system related do***entation and in creating user
do***entation/guides.
Assets:
.. Knowledge of BMC Atrium.
