company to attract a Solutions Specialist for the team in the GTA-
Kitchener-Waterloo area.
What you will do:
You will be a key player in a highly talented team of engineers
dedicated to developing and providing technical sup****t and post-sales
implementation for world-class solutions for the test and management
of next generation IT infrastructures (servers, networks and
applications). You will use your knowledge in network, system and
application technologies to implement innovative management solutions
for the customers.
What is needed to succeed?
=95 3 years experience in a similar position
=95 Experience with Network Security and Security products
=95 TCP/IP and SNMP experience
=95 Background in networks, systems, and applications
=95 Solid software design and implementation skills and specific
experience with Java, J2ME, J2EE, C, C++
=95 Experience scripting in any of the following essential: Perl/Tcl,
Expect, Solaris
=95 Strong UNIX and Linux knowledge
=95 System administration experience
=95 Relational database experience
=95 A BSEE/BSCE or Engineering Technician/Technologist diploma is
required
=95 Ability to travel to customer sites
=95 Possess strong investigative/analytical skills
=95 Strong organizational skills
=95 Fluency in French and English languages, oral and written
=95 Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
=95 Strong team player
