We are looking for senior experienced resource. Next is a list of the
types of people we are looking for to join a progressive consulting
company
client of ours.
These are resources who provide leverage into sales and delivery, and in
the
future may be able to run a practice, sell and run a program. Very
experienced
Oracle competencies in multiple application areas, industry, vertical
capabilities, and existing strong market presence.
POSITION # 16 ORACLE FUNCTIONAL ANALYST:

Here's what you bring to the table:
Minimum of 2 years Oracle 11i (ideally a few years more) with solid
experience
in Oracle Manufacturing, Supply Chain modules, ideally in a
flow-manufacturing
environment. The company is renowned for its cutting-edge implementation
of
Oracle Apps and is considered best-in-class for its Lean Manufacturing
environment.
Here's what you can expect:
The compensation package is around the 90-95k range and is comprised of a
base
Salary of $70,000, Profit Sharing (15% & Over),Plus Cash Bonus . The
complete
incentive package last year totaled around 30% of Base, Higher starting
base
salary may be considered for more experienced candidates.
A lucrative relocation package is offered.
Location: An idyllic, small mid-western town located within driving
distance of
the state capital (Des Moines Iowa).
ORACLE FUNCTIONAL ANALYST:
Acting as a consultant to user community on functionality of Oracle 11i
applications, work with end-users, lead implementation of Oracle Modules,
Communicate business needs to Oracle Dev Org. with Financial and
Manufacturing
Sup****t existing Oracle applicationso Bachelor's degreeo Minimum 2 year
experience
with Oracle 11i Applications o Proficient with some or all of the
following
Oracle Modules: CTO/ATO, Flow Manufacturing, WIP, BOM, INV, PO, APS.
