Title: Manager, IOC
Location: Thornton
Type: Full time
Compensation: Up to $94, + Corp Benefits

****FT (Sunday - Tuesday with alt WED: 7pm-7am)

=B7 Sup****t of all Company Customers.
=B7 Manage and execute all tier 1 troubleshooting procedures for
disaster recovery, managed services and contracted products. Utilize
skills, education and training to solve problems and manage changes
quickly for customers.
=B7 Technical assistance to all Company internal/external customers
during system problems and implementation.
=B7 Assemble and update do***entation in the form of problem and change
management tickets.
=B7 Have a base familiarity with client base and the network resources
being utilized by all Company internal/external customers.
=B7 Assist in Implementing internal/external Company customer's disaster
recovery networks, with varying organizations within Company.
=B7 Attend training courses, perform self-study, obtain network
certifications.
=B7 ****ft work is required

=B7 "College Degree preferred but will consider applicants with
equivalent work-related experience with a minimum educational
requirement of a H.S. Diploma or GED equivalent.
=B7 Minimum 3 years experience in a management role required.
=B7 6 to 8 years experience required in hiring, training and execution
of mission critical Network Operations Center (NOC) in a 24, by 7 by
365 environment.
=B7 Must have a working knowledge of complex Disaster Recovery, Managed
Services, and High Availability service delivery solutions, as well as
call center and NOC design and management experience. Prefer strong
track record of technical skills in specific areas.
=B7 Working knowledge in activating, provisioning, and troubleshooting
managed storage (tape and disk), load balancing, operating systems
administration, database administration, monitoring services.
=B7 Proven track record of hiring, and managing a high performance team
of "A" players in a complex environment.
=B7 Extensive knowledge of data communication concepts and technologies
is required.
=B7 Strong customer service and communications skills (written and oral)
are required.
=B7 Experience with a variety of switch & router hardware, network
services, network management and network termination equipment are
required.
=B7 Previous experience managing a tier 1 managed services, building
call centers and technical team a plus
=B7 Strong customer service and communications skills (written and oral)
are required.
