Title: Complex IT Manager

Scope of Position:
This position has no supervisory, financial, or budgetary
responsibilities. The Complex IT Manager (CIM) is responsible for
building and maintaining a successful relation****p with complex
managed services and traditional testing customers from just prior to
contract signing through successful implementation of testing and
reoccurring operational activations.
The CIM is responsible for the overall performance for maintaining a
strategic proactive relation****p through all phases of the customer
life cycle. Including delivery, recurring operations and sales
sup****t. A focused emphasis as a technical liaison with other company
business units delivering specific services and sup****t. The CIM is
required to be a subject matter expert in disaster recovery,
information availability and managed services sup****t. Candidate must
have a strong understanding of company product offerings and strategic
relation****ps across all company business units.
Delivery sup****t includes:
=B7 Project management for complex customer solutions.
=B7 Owner****p and management of mission critical uptime.
=B7 Management direction for a dedicated team of operations and
engineering personnel.
Recurring operations sup****t include:
=B7 Maintaining the customer relation****p at all levels of the
organization.
=B7 Identifying areas of improvement and sup****ting all existing
contracted services.
Sale Sup****t includes:
=B7 Sup****t for discovery and definition of customer requirements,
architecting, designing, and assisting in customer presentations for
all solutions as requested by the Sales Account Team.
