TeleSales Manager - Full Time - CO

Title: TeleSales Manager
Location: DTC
Compensation: $90K - $115K + Best Corp. Benefits Around

Position: To lead, manage and mentor a team of TeleSales professionals
in a business-to-business TeleSales environment that promotes a
positive team atmosphere and maximizes revenue potential. The
TeleSales Manager must have an exceptional track record in both sales
and sales management either face-to-face or TeleSales spaces,
TeleSales preferred. The TeleSales manager must have the ability to
effectively manage sales staff selling to all levels within the market
segmentation pyramid including, but not limited to, strategic global
accounts through small-medium sized business. TeleSales managers must
consistently and accurately represent TeleBusiness to all levels
within Company and the Company's partner channel. Said individual must
be able develop and execute sales strategy and promote customer
loyalty while inspiring employee retention.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Accurately forecast and deliver
revenue objectives through a team of TeleSales professionals. -
Monitor and re****t daily, weekly and monthly sales activity and
results. - Exceptional leader****p relating to all activities of
telesales and delivering/exceeding expectations. - Mentor new and
existing TeleSales employees in an effort to promote professional
sales development - Understanding/Knowledge of conflict resolution. -
Understanding/Knowledge of human resources and legalities of managing
human resources. - Thorough knowledge of Company's products, services,
policies, procedures, and business plans. - Communicate and re****t
activities to Director of TeleSales & TeleMarketing, Sales Execution,
Vertical teams and Channel Partners as required. - Team sell with
TeleSales representatives, outside sales and strategic sales as needed
to deliver revenue objectives and meet customer expectations. -
Thorough knowledge of Sales Systems (SalesForce.com, Siebel and
Arriba) to produce proper re****ting and do***entation of sales
process, manage activity, capture contact info, and track op****tunity
lifecycle. - Utilize a structured, repeatable process to evaluate
op****tunities and anticipate strategies used by competitors in a sales
campaign. - Coordinate continuing education of sales team and sup****t
involvement of sales team in their respective verticals. - Continually
evaluate and develop sales tools including, but not limited to,
proposal templates, product upgrade matrixes, quick sell do***ents and
-special- offerings. - Interface with other business units as required
to meet objectives. - Act as liaison to other company resources to
sup****t growth of the TeleSales account program. - Travel as required.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity, forecast re****ts,
and present key account op****tunity plans when requested.

Qualifications: BA/BS degree or equivalent - 5+ years sales experience
- 3+ years sales management experience - Excellent verbal and written
communication skills - Excellent presentation skills - Abreast of
software industry and the competitive posture of the company - High
energy, aggressive and results oriented
