I have two Service Desk representative positions open. Requirements
include:
Experience Required:
One year technical/help desk sup****t experience, or two year's
customer service experience.
* A.A. degree or relevant experience
* Self-motivation and the ability to work without significant levels of
direct supervision
* A second nature to multi-task, readily ****fting focus as priorities
change
* Superb verbal AND written communications skills
* Must work equally well under pressure with concrete deadlines and with
long term, ongoing projects
* High volume workload threshold with high completion accuracy
* Good team fit and ability to achieve the high preexisting expectations
of the Service Desk
* Must live within Cingular's service area, and have home high-speed
internet access
Technical:
* two years Windows experience
* two years Office experience
