THE POSITION
The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, creative and innovative,
a true problem solver, able to generate new and exciting high value
solutions. A consultative mind set and ability to help the client
define business problems is essential. Re****ting to the SVP of
Predictive Analytics, the Senior Predictive Modeler will be both hands
on and strategic as the business continues its phenomenal growth.

=95 Collaborate with others to shape data, modeling, implementation, and
monitoring requirements
=95 Develop predictive models using company accepted methodologies and
tools
=95 Develop modeling tool advancements over time
=95 Analyze data, peer review modeling work, and *****s model quality
=95 Present modeling approach and results to clients
=95 Fully do***ent all data and modeling choices, rationale, and results
=95 Monitor model performance and make model adjustments, refresh, and
rebuild recommendations, as needed
=95 Identify areas for continuous improvement and research
=95 Create key statistical/data strategies for insurance lines of
business, influencing business decisions, and driving great time to
market
THE INDIVIDUAL
=95 Master's degree or higher in Statistics or related stochastic
modeling field
=95 3+ years experience of hands-on P&C insurance advanced, multivariate
statistical model development, delivery, implementation, and
monitoring
=95 Highly proficient in SQL and SAS programming and relational database
querying and data manipulation
=95 Strong conceptual thinking skills
=95 High degree of initiative and personal owner****p
=95 Solid communication, client interaction, and presentation skills
=95 Strong drive for results, demonstrating project discipline and
timeline management
=95 Highly collaborative with a strong team focus
