Clincal Nurse Supervisor
Directly supervise and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of
supervisors and clincal staff in clinical practice through the use of
the nursing process. Supervise utilization and care ofthe patient in
the home.
LPN Medical Records
One year of acute care and phlebotomy experience required. Previous
home care experience required. Requires demonstrated competency in the
provision of individualized care of patients based on the patients
*****sed age and developmental needs.
