This position is an individual contribution with NO direct re****ts.
The Company’s Treasury Solutions team is responsible for development,
deployment, business sup****t and centralized administration for a suite of
treasury solutions and integration of these solutions with the company’s
partner banks, SWIFT network and numerous company business ERP and related
applications. The group is also responsible for the funds transfer policy
and promoting treasury and banking industry standards and best practices.
Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for full life cycle product management of the globally
deployed suite of treasury solutions.
Development of user requirements; project planning/coordination; reviews
of conceptual, functional and technical design do***ents; coordination of
QA/UAT testing including hands on testing and reviews of automated testing
scripts; execution against existing product release roadmap and development
of future phases of the roadmap; and lead project implementations and
rollouts.
Become the subject matter expert and strategist for all aspects of the
suite’s usage, interfaces with other Treasury and business systems,
domestic and cross border payments, the SWIFT messaging platform and
DR/BCP capabilities and backup systems.
Provide consulting to peer groups within Treasury Services that manage
operational activities including: payments processing, bank account
administration, cash polling, inter-company loan management and debt,
derivatives and foreign exchange management.
Provide technical and business expertise and liaise with IT,
cross-functional treasury teams, businesses, banks and vendors.
Manage banking and vendor relation****ps and negotiate service agreements
as needed.
Solicit business voice of customer on new release features and usability.
On-going training of Business Sup****t and Technical Sup****t teams from on
boarding through new releases and project implementations.
Work with internal and external auditors on SOX, controls, and segregation
of duties issues and remediation.
Provide acquisition and divestiture sup****t including transition services
agreements (TSAs) and sup****t for systemic changes from partner bank
mergers and service changes.
Backup to the team’s Business Automation Program Manager, DR/BCP Leader,
Business Sup****t Managers and head of Product Management.
Manage and/or participate in development, bank, payments and business
implementation projects.
Position Requirements:
4-year college degree
10 to 15 years related experience in IT, Banking and/or Cor****ate Cash
Management/Cor****ate Treasury
Ability to run multiple business and systems projects and coordinate
resources
Very strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
In-depth understanding and exposure to financial and/or treasury systems
deployed in a global environment
Outstanding troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Track record of getting results
Preferred Skills:
MBA, Masters in finance, accounting, computer science, management
information systems or a related field.
Treasury Workstation and/or bank Cash Management product development or
product management experience
Strong understanding of databases/data modeling, web development and/or
applications programming
CCM or CTP certification
