Description: Re****ting to Director, Benefits/HRIS, this position will
have responsibility for the direction, oversight and design of all
technology related processes in sup****t of the strategic goals of Human
Resources processes and HRIS. Working closely with IT and the HR team,
in***bent will determine the most effective process and HRIS system
design.
Position Responsibilities:
On-going evaluation of HR processes and system(s) utilization, education
of self serve capability and identification of appropriate technology
upgrades, (overseeing implementation as appropriate).
Manage all HR system related projects and processes including technology
related aspects of Performance/Talent Management, HR related workbooks
(merit and bonus processes) and associated training.
As the HR data steward, in***bent will also be responsible for the
oversight and re****ting of HR metrics and developing a strategic plan for
organizing HR/employee information; recommending operational and
administrative process changes as appropriate. Manage two individual
contributor direct re****ts.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5-7 years experience in HR required.
Must possess demonstrated process design, project management and
implementation skills.
Prior experience with the integration of various HR and Payroll processes
and metrics, including merit cycle, benefits administration, succession
planning etc. is required.
Strong influencing and communication skills are essential to persuade
stake-holders to consider process improvement changes.
Prior management and HRIS experience preferred.
